satisfaction. The GM will manage all aspects of the business, including operations, team
leadership, financial performance, and business growth, while driving innovation and
sustainability.
Job Qualifications:
8. Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
(Master’s degree preferred).
9. Experience:
- At least 10 years of leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial
operations.
- Strong knowledge of glass processing techniques, technologies, and industry
standards.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale manufacturing operations and
multidisciplinary teams.
10. Skills and Competencies:
- Strong English language skills, other languages are welcomed.
- Excellent MS Office skills.
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
