Procurements management:

• Define, track, assess, and guarantee the execution of the mission's plans and overall procurement operations, modifying as necessary in accordance with policies, and procedures. This includes guaranteeing the following:
• Ensure adherence to donor procurement rules and procedures.
• Guarantee that the supply administration in Odoo ERP system (Purchase Request Management) runs well and that the established supply procedures are followed.
• Manage field visits often and stabilize supply activities within regular and emergency project interventions to provide long-term assistance to direct and indirect supply stakeholders.
• Establish the priorities for the Procurement sections' daily operations and plan, manage, and oversee them.
• Monitor supplier payments in coordination with the finance manager and finance coordinators.
• Assist with high-value procurements for the projects by making sure that tender dossiers and publication assessment and contracting are completed.
• Prepare and publish open tenders and FWA.
• Make sure that the List of suppliers is comprehensive and updated.

Warehouse and inventory control:

• Implement inventory control system.
• Ensure that warehouse operations are efficient, secure, and well-documented.
• Ensure regular physical stock checks and reconciliation with inventory records.

Fleet management:

• Follow up the fleet movement and ensure adherence to the safety and security protocols.
• Oversee Bonyan’s vehicle fleet, including scheduling, maintenance, repairs, fuel consumption, and usage logs.
• Timely report of the traffic accidents.

Other duties:

• Regularly review and update supply chain policies and SOPs in alignment with best practices and donor requirements.
• Support emergency procurement and logistics responses during humanitarian crises or rapid interventions.
• Ensure documentation, reporting, and audit readiness for all supply chain activities.
• Provide technical guidance and capacity building to supply chain staff.
