1. Plan, oversee, and ensure the successful implementation of psychosocial support activities for children, youth, and families.
2. Ensure that PSS sessions and group activities align with program objectives and are adapted to the needs of the people whom served by JRS.
3. Provide technical oversight and guidance to PSS facilitators and PSS Worker delivering individual psychological support.
4. Support the team in handling complex cases and refers cases to external specialized mental health professionals when needed.
5. Ensure proper case management procedures, including intake, assessment, intervention planning, and follow-up.
6. Support the team in linking psychosocial support services with community-based initiatives and awareness-raising campaigns.
7. Support the team in managing high-risk cases and ensure appropriate action is taken based on program policies and best practices.
8. Contribute to enhance the PSS program and improvements based on field observations and emerging needs.
9. Track key indicators and contribute to program monitoring and evaluation efforts.
10. Measure the impact of the activities and make necessary adjustments based on feedback and field observations.
11. Prepare and submit detailed monthly reports on PSS activities, including achievements, challenges, and the gaps between the objectives, the plan and implementation and also recommendations.

University Degree in Psychology, Mental Health, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in psychosocial support or mental health programs, with experience in supervision and coordination. Preferred in Humanitarian field.
• Strong understanding of case management, PSS interventions, and child protection principles.
• Very Good communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Strong knowledge of Computer Skills (M.S office).
• Excellent leadership skills.
