Administrative and Organizational Tasks:
• Coordinating and implement all project activities ensuring quality execution.
• setting the implementation plans aligned with required activities.
• Verifying the validation of the monthly data.
• Collecting and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement.
• Providing continuous educational guidance and mentoring to project staff.
• Reviewing and develop remedial curricula, activities, and tools in coordination with L&N coaches.
• Establishing daily and weekly monitoring mechanisms for quality assurance.
Preparing periodic reports including accomplishments, challenges, and developmental
recommendations.
• Preparing periodic reports that include indicators of achievement, challenges, and development
recommendations, monitoring the quality of implementation of educational activities, and
providing constructive feedback.
• Submitting weekly and monthly progress reports on educational activities in designated schools
to the direct manager.
• Organizing regular meetings involving educational and administrative stakeholders to review
progress.
• Providing continuous support to the team to ensure a positive and safe work environment
• Providing technical and administrative support to the admin and technical teams.
• Monitoring incidents and report emergencies in schools.
• Demonstrating problem-solving skills and strategies.
• Attending technical and organizational meetings and provide regular updates.
Training and Educational Support Tasks:
• Prepare training packages related to the project.
• Organizing specialized training in remedial education strategies and dealing learning difficulties.
• Developing training implementation plans and coordinate with relevant parties to determine
location and timing.
• Submitting training and supervision reports to the project manager with high accuracy and
documentation standards.
• Monitoring staff improvement through training delivery.
• Being responsible for coaching, supervision, and conducting individual support sessions with the
lead ED instructor during learning cycles.
• Coordinating with relevant educational assemblies.
• Supervising the visit plan, update related reports, and conduct field visits to work sites for direct
supervision.
University degree in education, or related field.
General Work Experience:
• 3 years at least of relevant work experience in related field.
• Previous experience working for NGOs is preferred.
• Previous experience of working effectively as part of an education project team .
Skills:

Good in English (Writing-Reading-Speaking).
Good in Arabic (Writing-Reading-Speaking).
• Computing:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including, excel, word, outlook etc .
• Being analytical with strong attention to detail.

General Objective:
supervising the implementation of remedial educational activities for children in the first stage, ensure
teachers' adherence to remedial education principles, and monitor the quality of educational and
operational services in accordance with the project's educational goals and the project standards.
