PSS Team Leader - Health Programme

  1. Developing activity plans and supervising their implementation to ensure quality execution and outcomes of psychosocial support activities (PFA-Focus PSS - Individual), within a defined timeline.

  2. Ensuring that psychosocial support sessions and group activities align with the programme's objectives, with continuous efforts to develop and adapt them according to the needs of the individuals receiving the service.

  3. Supervising and following up the PSS Team administratively and Technically.

  4. Participating in session implementation when needed.

  5. Track key indicators and contribute to program monitoring and evaluation efforts.

  6. Supporting the team in handling high-risk cases and ensuring appropriate action is taken based on programme policies and best practices.

  7. Conducting weekly field visits to centers to follow up on plan implementation and support the team.

  8. Working on developing the team's skills in collaboration with the project's Human Resources department and the Country PSS Officer.

  9. Engaging with active humanitarian organizations to regularly update the service mapping, in coordination with the PSS Team Leader in CBSC programme.

  10. Preparing and submitting detailed monthly and annual reports both digital and written on PSS activities.

  • University Degree in Psychology or Mental Health.

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in psychosocial support or mental health programmes, with experience in supervision and coordination. Preferred in Humanitarian field

  • Strong understanding of case management, PSS interventions, and child protection principles.

  • Strong knowledge of Computer Skills (M.S office).

  • Very Good communication skills in both English and Arabic.

  • Excellent leadership skills.
