The case manager is responsible for managing individual beneficiaries' cases by conducting a comprehensive needs assessment, developing intervention plans, and coordinating support with various agencies to ensure they receive appropriate protection, care, and support services, in line with humanitarian principles and approved case management
standards.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Conduct initial interviews and comprehensive case assessments based on needs assessment criteria.
• Prepare individual intervention plans and update them periodically in coordination with the beneficiary and relevant service providers.
• Oversee plan implementation and monitor service delivery to ensure quality and effectiveness.
• Refer cases to relevant authorities and coordinate multi- sectoral responses as needed.
• Prepare and update a case database and document all procedures in accordance with approved policies.
• Conduct periodic field visits to follow up on cases in their locations and assess changes in their conditions.
• Participate in case meetings and technical committees to review progress in implementing individual plans.
• Submit periodic reports on progress and challenges to the direct manager according to approved timelines.
• Contribute to the preparation of awareness materials and educational sessions targeting beneficiaries.
• Maintain the confidentiality and privacy of beneficiary information in accordance with protection principles.
• Adhere to the organization's approved case management procedures and documentation tools.
• Participate in capacity-building trainings related to protection and case management.
• Coordinate with the protection, psychosocial support, or field teams to ensure a comprehensive response.
• Contribute to improving the quality of case management through feedback and continuous learning.
• Fully adhere to protection policies and the zero-tolerancepolicy for sexual exploitation and abuse.
• Respect the Code of Conduct and the values and principles of humanitarian action.
• Maintain a safe, ethical, and supportive working environment that respects the rights of beneficiaries.
• Contribute to summative evaluations of cases or programs as needed.
Note:

Requirements:
• A university degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in case management or protection work.
• A good understanding of protection principles and case management guidelines.
• Ability to work in the field and handle sensitive cases.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork.
• Proficiency in using computers (Microsoft Office).
Additional advantage:
• Experience in humanitarian work or with civil society
organizations.
• Training in case management tools such as GBVIMS or
CPIMS+.
• Proficiency in English.
