The Data Collector will be responsible for conducting surveys among young Syrian men and women as part of the Public Opinion Poll Project on Safe, Calm, and Neutral Environments (SCNE). The collected data will be used to support advocacy efforts, project evaluation, and reporting.

- Administer pre-designed questionnaires to young respondents (target sample: 2,250).
- Ensure accurate and ethical data collection across multiple platforms (online and in-person).
- Maintain confidentiality and obtain informed consent from all participants.
- Provide support and follow-up as needed during the data verification and validation phase.
- Submit daily updates and data entries to the Data Collection Supervisor.
- Participate in team update meetings and quality assurance procedures.

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Statistics, or a related field.
- Previous experience in field data collection or survey implementation.
- Familiarity with digital data collection tools (such as KoBoToolbox and ODK).
- Strong knowledge of the local context and cultural sensitivity.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Proficiency in Arabic; English language skills are an added advantage.
