MSF Switzerland (MSF-CH) is currently seeking a qualified candidate for the following position with initial
3 months Service Agreement with possibility to extend.

• Position: Nursing Team Supervisor
• Number of Vacancies: 1
• Location: Sweida Governorate and its villages
• Residence: Sweida Governorate and its villages

• Status: service agreement – candidates to be recruited cannot be employed with MoH
or other governmental entities.
Scope of responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and evaluate the activities concerning nursing and the team associated, primarily the
Emergency Room, then progressively Intensive Care Unit and Operating Theatre.
Provide nursing support in the Emergency Room as required to maintain continuity of MSF-
supported services.
• Support the Nursing Activity Manager in the follow-up of nursing practices and patient care
activities in the ER.
• Contribute to nursing care and IPC assessments in the ER, ICU, and OT in line with the Sweida
EPREP.
• Provide technical support and guidance to nursing staff when needed.
• Support the implementation of MSF clinical guidelines and nursing workflows in collaboration
with relevant teams.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between MSF and hospital nursing teams.
• Monitor patient safety, hygiene, and IPC practices, and report identified concerns.
• Support the follow-up of nursing equipment and supplies used in MSF-supported activities.
• Contribute to documentation, data collection, and reporting related to nursing activities.
• Collaborate with hospital and MSF teams to ensure smooth coordination of activities and
emergency response.
Recruitment criteria
Education: Essential minimum Nursing School Diploma in nursing
Experience: Essential 2 years of previous experience in nursing care. Team supervision experience
is desirable.
Languages: Essential: Arabic languages (fluency)
Desirable: English language (minimum A2)
Skills: Essential computer literacy (word, excel and internet)
