Follow up on administrative and technical issues with internal departments, represent the organization in technical working groups, contribute to managing tenders, and support the Project Manager at headquarters or in the field when needed.
*Follow up on issues with other departments such as HR, Logistics, Security, and Media.
*Represent WATAN in the FSL Cluster and Livestock Technical Working Group.
*Monitor tender processes and occasionally lead them.
*Act as the Project Manager’s representative at headquarters when the PM is in Syria.
*Travel to Syria when the Project Manager is in Turkey to ensure smooth operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, Veterinary Medicine, or an equivalent field.
Experience:
*Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or coordination with different departments.
*Good knowledge of humanitarian standards and donor requirements.
*Strong communication skills and ability to represent the organization professionally.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
*Ability to travel and work under pressure.
