The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is seeking a dedicated and experienced MEAL Coordinator to lead our Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning efforts across Syria. This role is central to ensuring that our programs are evidence-driven, client-centered, and aligned with IRC’s global Strategy 100 and Country Strategic Action Plan. Working closely with program, grants, and support teams, the MEAL Coordinator will oversee the full data cycle—from collection to analysis and visualization—to strengthen program quality and accountability.
As a leader of the MEAL unit, the Coordinator will provide technical guidance, mentoring, and capacity strengthening to IRC and partner staff, ensuring that MEAL principles are embedded across all stages of the project cycle.
