*Liaise with farmers’ groups, community leaders, and local stakeholders at the field level.
*Monitor field activities to ensure quality, adherence to timelines, and achievement of targets.
*Collect field data and submit regular progress reports to the Project Manager with proper documentation.
Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field.
Experience:
*Minimum of 2 years of experience in field supervision or team management within food security and livelihoods projects.

*Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple teams.
*Excellent communication skills with local communities and stakeholders.
*Ability to work under pressure and travel to field locations as needed.
