Address internal and external HR inquiries promptly, providing accurate information or directing requests to the appropriate team members.
Maintain up-to-date personnel records across physical and digital systems, including payroll, personal data, and leave tracking.
Ensure compliance with employment requirements and data accuracy.
Support preparing, reviewing, and editing annual employee evaluations to ensure consistency and quality.
Track employee attendance, departures, and absences, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to relevant stakeholders.
Submit weekly reports to the HR Manager detailing progress, completed tasks, and reasons for any delays.
Oversee the accurate archiving of HR documents on SharePoint and other systems, ensuring accessibility and compliance.
Prepare and verify payroll by ensuring all supporting documentation is accurate, complete, and aligned with organizational policies and legal requirements.
Participate in identifying training needs.
Work on documenting the scheduled training.
Notifying candidates to attend training programs at the specified time and place.
Organizing and implementing training according to the training plan.
Providing project staff with the latest updates regarding the vaccines and diseases messages.
Conduct periodic evaluation tests for project staff.
Training and guiding new employees before they enter the field of work through practical exercises.
Analyzing trainees’ evaluation reports with the participation of governorate mobilizers.
Preparing a report on each training carried out.
University Degree in management, Human Resources, Administration, or related fields.
Work Experience: Two years of experience in HR including recruitment, performance management, training and development, and HR administration/ NGO experience is required.
Strong sense of personal integrity.
Outstanding communication, planning, and organization skills.
Knowledge of human resources processes.
Strong ability in using MS Office.
Experience with HR databases.
English and Arabic language proficiency: good (writing, reading, and speaking).
Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle pressure.
Willingness to work in a location different from that stated in the contract.
Willingness to work for extra hours as necessary.
Periodic reports submitted to the direct supervisor.
Monitoring and evaluation processes conducted by the HR manager.
Reports of attendance, absence, and professional compliance submitted by HR Coordinator in the HQ.
