Supervising the implementation and follow-up the activities in accordance with the followed procedures and policies, monitoring all infrastructure and rehabilitation works inside and outside camps under the project’s process, achieving the goal of the activity, and managing human and logistical capabilities to achieve the overall project goal.

  1. Supervising the required activities, ensuring the progress of the implementation process in accordance with the procedures, policies, and conditions.
  2. Preparation of periodic reports.
  3. Preparing technical studies and need assessments and submitting them to the direct manager.
  4. suggesting solutions to the faced challenges of the activity implementation plan and assisting in solving the main problems and challengesin coordination with the project officer.
  5. Conducting field visits to ensure that the project activities are implemented in accordance with the IYD's policies and procedures, within required quality and time.
  6. Handling the complaints from the project beneficiaries.
  7. Ensure the conformity and implementation of the work plans of the project and report any defect if it occurs.
  8. Attending daily and weekly meetings and ensuring that the outcomes of these meetings are accurately implemented.
  9. Executing any tasks requested by the line manager.

Note: The above-mentioned key responsibilities/accountabilities are for position illustration,other future responsibilities/accountabilities may be assigned to the job depending on the department organizational chart.

  1. Essential:
    • Institute or university degree in In engineering ( Civil , Architecture )
    • Two to four years of professional experience in Infrastructure and rehabilitation projects.
    • Good level of English.
