Position Overview
The Procurement Officer is responsible for executing and monitoring the procurement of goods, services, and works in compliance with WHH procurement guidelines and donor regulations. The role involves close coordination with program teams, suppliers, and other departments to ensure timely and efficient delivery of procurement needs, supporting overall program implementation.

Qualifications & Experience
Education: University Degree or colleague diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in procurement or supply chain roles, preferably with an NGO or humanitarian organization.
Skills:
Strong understanding of procurement principles and donor compliance.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Experience using procurement platforms such as EU-Supply is an asset.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
