Supervising activities and letting the beneficiaries mainly children express their feelings and thoughts throw art activities (using Art Therapy).
Working with beneficiaries to improve their talents and self-esteem.
Working with beneficiaries to improve their PSS well- Bing.
Teaching beneficiaries some techniques to support teamwork.
All other volunteering tasks might be required to improve the working process.
Essentials
Bachelor's degree in Art, Music or any other relevant field
Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience.
Good communication skills
Good command of the English language.
Previous experience with non-profit organizations would be a plus.
Ability to work under pressure and to respect deadlines.
Time Management skills.
Commitment to the vision, mission, values, principles, and aims of GOPA-DERD.
Flexibility and ability to easily adapt to changing needs in a fast-paced work environment.
