-Provide high quality of maternity and gynecology surgery services (for inpatients and outpatients) 8 hours a day and 6 days per week in addition to one overnight on call shift on Sunday every three weeks.
-Supervise and commit to implementations of treatment instructions according to the national and the international standards.
-Respond to emergencies and organize referrals to Kilis and to the surgical unit at Bab al-Salamah. Provide necessary information and documents about additional treatments.
-Participating in preparing weekly as well as monthly reports and take a role in other reports when needed.
-Participate in training and guiding the medical staff.
-Participate in daily medical rounds (with other doctors, head nurse, and other main staff) ,in weekly coordination meetings with (remained staff), and use approved forms for writing meetings' minutes.
-Inform the Medical manager accordingly, about any difficulties, security concerns, possibilities of spread contagious diseases or any other related information.
- Keep rights, dignity, and confidentiality of patients.
-Contribute actively in improving the services of the organization's facilities.
-Conduct other assigned tasks -within areas of experiences- by the medical manager
- Follow the medical director's instructions. In his absence, he shall follow the instructions of any other authorized member the instructions of any other staff of the IDA International.
- Commitment to educating resident physicians in the correct scientific manner and in accordance with the curriculum approved by the Medical Specialization Authority.
