- Take responsibility for the successful management and supervision of assigned projects to ensure effective and accountable program administration.
- Prepare and supervise the implementation of sub-tasks derived from the project’s main activities.
- Coordinate and assign tasks among team members, and lead the project team in implementing activities in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain a high level of communication with key stakeholders, including local authorities and community representatives.
- Ensure continuous coordination with official entities to facilitate the work of project staff and related parties (service providers, contractors, etc.).
- Monitor project plans and timelines developed under the supervision of the Project Manager.
- Support the professional development of team members, strengthen task distribution, and ensure effective coordination among them.
- Prepare detailed field reports, including periodic and interim reports, in line with project requirements.
- Oversee logistics related to project activities and monitor the procurement process from initiation to completion and handover.
- Coordinate with the media team to ensure comprehensive documentation and coverage of project activities.
- Represent the organization in coordination with donor-appointed monitoring bodies.
- Ensure proper control, filing, scheduling, and submission of project documentation to management.
- Conduct field visits to directly monitor the implementation of activities as needed and in line with the Project Manager’s guidance.
- Adhere to humanitarian principles and relevant protection standards for individuals and communities.
- Fully comply with Ata’a Association’s safeguarding policies and procedures, including policies on protection from sexual exploitation, abuse and harassment (PSEAH), and child safeguarding, ensuring the safety and well-being of beneficiaries—especially children—both psychologically and physically across all projects, offices, and facilities, and fostering a safe and supportive environment through full implementation of these policies and their annexes.
