Job description
Job Purpose
S/he will be responsible for managing the case worker and PSS facilitators in the project, ensuring the implementation of protection activities, the referral mechanism and the case management and support of the team. Develop a referral mechanism and coordinate with humanitarian actors that provide protection and related services. He will also be responsible for following up the team's documentation, transportation and planning processes.
Manage and supervise the project field case worker and PSS facilitators in all the areas of implementation, and providing them with regular support.

4. Ensure that the CSG/PSEA policy is implemented throughout the project activities.
5. Regular supervision of activities progress and ensure that activities are technically sound and implemented in a timely, safe, and efficient manner, in accordance with the project work plan.
6. Identify and refer cases with the support of the project manager and technical advisors that require specialized services or psychosocial support to appropriate facilities.
7. Ensure cases’ data is managed, shared, and used in a confidential, safe, and effective manner, and ensure effective and strong coordination with other actors at Syria and Turkey level in order to maintain an active referral pathway.

8. Produce timely reports for internal use on the activities in each location, highlighting challenges, best practices and lessons learnt,

Essential:
1. At least a university degree or university student in education, psychology and business administrative, or a major closely related to the required work.
2. Two-year work experience in protection programs.
3. Or a high school diploma and at least three years of experience in protection
B. Desirable:
· Good experience in protection in humanitarian.
· Flexible work attitude and ability to work independently within a small team;
· Ability to effectively communicate with a diverse and cross-cultural audience;
· Good knowledge of Arabic and English mandatory.
