The BRIDGE project focuses on engaging victims and survivors in community-based activities, dialogue sessions, and awareness efforts related to transitional justice, social cohesion, and reconciliation in Syria. The Project Manager will lead the overall implementation of the project and ensure effective coordination across all components
The project is implemented in Damascus and Rural Damascus, including Yarmouk Camp, Daraya, and Zabadani
Lead overall planning, implementation, and coordination of the BRIDGE project.
Oversee daily project operations and supervise staff and field activities.
Ensure integration of trauma-informed, survivor-centered, gender-sensitive, and conflict-sensitive approaches.
Coordinate with stakeholders including MOSAL, national commissions, CSOs, and community representatives.
Develop and monitor project workplans to ensure timely delivery.
Supervise project staff and ensure safeguarding and quality standards.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies (PSEA, data protection, Do No Harm).
Monitor progress through indicators, field visits, and coordination meetings.
Oversee reporting (narrative, analytical, donor reports).
Coordinate with internal departments (Programs, M&E, Finance, Logistics).
Lead risk management and mitigation planning.
Support communication, visibility, and awareness activities.
Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, International Relations, Development Studies, Project Management, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in project management (humanitarian, development, or peacebuilding).
Strong experience in stakeholder coordination.
Knowledge of conflict-sensitive programming or transitional justice is an asset.
Excellent reporting, analytical, and documentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Fluency in English and Arabic.
Previous NGO experience is highly desirable.
