Coordinate and implement agricultural field activities including distribution of wheat seeds, fertilizers, and animal fodder in alignment with project plans.
-Deliver technical agricultural guidance and continuous extension services to smallholder farmers and livestock breeders in the targeted communities.
-Organize and facilitate practical training sessions on topics such as wheat cultivation, climate-smart agriculture, integrated pest management, soil fertility, and livestock care.
-Assist in developing farmer-friendly training materials, brochures, and manuals that promote climate adaptation, sustainable farming, and water-efficient practices.
-Collect and document field-level data, including beneficiaries' attendance, feedback, and pre/post-training assessments.
-Support sharing localized messages on weather, pests, and crop management.
-Work closely with community committees, local leaders, and field stakeholders to ensure transparency, participation, and accountability.
-Monitor and report on progress, risks, and challenges in the field to the project supervisor on a weekly and monthly basis.
-Contribute to the development of periodic technical and narrative reports.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Agricultural Engineering & Sciences , or related fields (preferred: plant protection, soil science, or irrigation).
-At least 2 years of proven experience in agricultural extension, farmer capacity building, or implementation of agricultural projects in humanitarian or development settings.
-Experience in designing and conducting practical agricultural training, workshops, or farmer field schools.
-Strong skills in community mobilization and engaging with vulnerable groups, particularly women farmers and livestock herders.
-Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure in diverse field environments.
-Proficiency in MS Office Package.
-Fluency in English language.
