• Degree in social work, psychology, international relations, development and humanitarian studies or related degree
• Good professional experience (minimum 03 years) in programme implementation and cycle specifically in working with partners in the Middle East involved in humanitarian work or similar project management experience.
• Experience of supporting in safeguarding in development and emergency contexts
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Good time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks
• Able to take initiative and be willing to adjust with situation
• Computer literate – experience of Word, Excel and Google Chrome
• Able to work in fast moving environment and comfortable with constant change
• Excellent spoken and written English and Arabic
• Willingness to travel and stay in basic conditions.

The position is based in Aleppo, Syria and requires frequent travel to various field locations within the region. We can only accept applications from candidates who have the legal right to live and work in Syria.
