Provide high quality services (as an X-Ray Technician) 8 hours per day, 6 days per week and coordinate with the Medical Manager according to the agreed roster
-Provide the needed X-Ray services for patients according to the guidelines including proper preparation of patients and the X-Ray machine.
-Assist patients before, during, and after the process.
-Prepare X-Ray films after finishing the X-Ray process in order to develop them and approve their validity.
-Show X-Ray films after developing them to the doctor in charge to read them and write the final report.
-Use mobile devices to do X-Ray to patients whose conditions don’t allow them to be sent to the X-Ray Room.
-Prepare materials such as catheters, injections, medications...etc. for the doctors to make the needed tests and examinations.
-Assist the doctor in completing important tests and examinations.
-Receive films and materials, match, count, and keep them in a proper place to prevent damage.
-Receive medications, coats, X-Ray materials …etc. and keep them in X-Ray Room.
-Preserve the safety of the devices and equipment and avoid misusing them by applying the instructions of the manufacturing company.
-Constant checking on X-Ray machine in order to ensure its status and report any existing problems as well as doing the follow up for any maintenance or preventive programs.
-Apply general safety rules and protection from radiation at work.
-Do other duties -within his/her experiences- assigned by the X-Ray Doctor, the Medical Coordinator or the Medical Coordinator Assistant.
