  • Coordinate and manage the activities of the volunteer team to ensure the efficient and effective implementation of field activities for humanitarian and seasonal campaigns. This includes overseeing contracts, training, and follow-up, enhancing communication and motivation among volunteers, and maintaining continuous coordination with the Programs, Media, and Logistics departments to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and proper documentation of activities.
  • Manage all volunteer team affairs (contracts, training, and follow-up).
  • Maintain regular communication with volunteers to ensure their readiness and active participation.
  • Implement field activities for seasonal or emergency campaigns in a creative and effective manner.
  • Coordinate procurement requests and required documentation for each campaign.
  • Work closely with the Media Department to ensure proper documentation of activities.
  • Maintain continuous coordination with the Programs Department to ensure alignment of activities with strategic objectives.
  • Prepare regular reports on team performance and implemented activities (daily follow-up reports and comprehensive monthly reports).
  • Motivate volunteers through appreciation certificates, symbolic rewards, and recreational activities.
  • A university degree or relevant experience in Business Administration, Public Relations, Media, or any related field (preferred).
  • At least two years of experience in the humanitarian field or team management.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with volunteers and colleagues.
  • Experience in report writing and field monitoring.
  • Good knowledge of campaign procedures and basic procurement processes.
  • Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft programs (Word – Excel – Teams).
  • Previous experience in cross-department coordination (Media – Programs – Logistics) is an advantage.
  • Initiative, teamwork spirit, and ability to work under pressure.
