About TDA
The Day After (TDA) is a Syrian non-profit organization dedicated to countering authoritarianism and supporting democratic transition in Syria. It adopts the values of human rights in accordance with international conventions and covenants.
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day implementation and coordination of project activities, including youth dialogue sessions, cross-community workshops, and the Safe, Calm, and Neutral Environments (SCNE) conference. The role ensures timely execution, quality assurance, and stakeholder engagement throughout the project cycle.
Coordinate the planning and logistics of youth dialogue sessions and cross-community workshops.
Supervise field teams, facilitators, and local partners to ensure activities align with SCNE principles.
Facilitate a group of dialogue sessions.
Lead the coordination and execution of the SCNE conference in Damascus.
Lead the recruitment and field tasks of the data collectors
Ensure inclusivity and diversity in participant selection.
Liaise with TDA’s MEAL team to monitor and report on project milestones.
Prepare bi-monthly progress reports, identifying achievements, risks, and adaptation needs.
Coordinate with Syrian CBOs and international partners for visibility and advocacy efforts.
University degree in political science, international relations, social sciences, or related field.
At least 4 years of experience in project coordination or peacebuilding initiatives.
Proven experience working with Syrian communities or in conflict/post-conflict settings.
Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
Fluency in Arabic and working proficiency in English
