Logistics & Supply Chain:
Oversee the procurement process in line with Bahar's procurement policies and donor regulations.
Maintain procurement tracking and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Coordinate logistics for transportation of supplies to field locations.
Monitor stock levels and support warehouse management, including proper documentation.
Administration:
Support general office administration including supplies, facilities, and services.
Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for logistics and administrative documents.
Support the processing of contracts, service agreements, and lease renewals.
Fleet and Asset Management:
Manage vehicle schedules, fuel tracking, and maintenance logs.
Monitor and update the asset register; conduct regular asset verification.
Ensure safe and efficient usage of organizational vehicles and equipment.
Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure compliance with internal policies and donor regulations.
Prepare and submit regular reports on procurement, inventory, fleet, and administrative operations.
Assist in internal and external audits by providing relevant documentation.
Coordination & Communication:
Liaise with programming, finance, and field teams to understand operational needs.
Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, and government authorities as needed.
Support logistics in emergency response or rapid deployment scenarios.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in SC, logistics, or administration—preferably in the humanitarian or NGO sector.
Proven knowledge of procurement procedures and donor compliance (e.g., UN, ECHO, USAID).
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and logistics management systems.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
