Tender for Car Rental Service.

Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is an international, independent, medical humanitarian organisation that delivers emergency aid to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics, natural disasters and exclusion from healthcare. MSF offers assistance to people based on need, irrespective of race, religion, gender or political affiliation.

Our actions are guided by medical ethics and the principles of independence and impartiality. MSF was founded in Paris, France in 1971. Its principles are described in the organisation's founding charter. It is a non-profit, self-governed organisation.

MSF OCBA – Syria Mission intends to award a one-year (1) Vehicle Rental service Contract to eligible suppliers in Damascus to provide transportation service to MSF Spain staffs inside Damascus and to outside cities including border crossing to neighbouring countries. 

MSF Spain will need three (3) Cars as below with detailed specification in the tender dossier provided.

• 1 x City Car, 5 seats
• 1 x Sports Utility Vehicle, 5 seats
• 1 x Minivan, 9 – 11 seats.

The Services provision includes:

1. To provide prices for vehicles Rental services without drivers on monthly bases.
2. To provide prices for vehicles Rental Services with drivers on daily basis.
3. To provide prices for vehicle Rental services with drivers on weekly basis.
4. To provide prices for vehicle Rental services with driver on monthly basis.
5. To provide prices for trips for vehicle Rental services and cross border to the following cities (for 5 seaters and 7seater vehicles)

• Damascus – Amman city  
• Damascus – Amman airport
• Damascus – Beirut city
• Damascus – Beirut airport.

• 1 x City Car, 5 seats

• 1 x Sports Utility Vehicle, 5 seats 

• 1 x Minivan, 9 – 11 seats.

Technical specifications:

• Transmission: Auto

• Color: White preferred 

• Kit: Tools + Fire extinguisher

• Model: 2020 and above

• Registered Damascus

Technical Conditions:

• Non accident

• Less than 100,000 km driven

• All functions including ABS, SRS airbag, seat belts working

Maintenance and Services:

• Monthly Service

• Oil change at each 5,000km

• Tracker installed and access given to MSF

• Replacement of vehicle in case of corrective maintenance

• Replacement of vehicle upon request from MSF for condition
