The contract shall be as a framework contract for a duration of 18 months. Framework contract means that MI will request vehicles according to their needs. Minibus /Van (8 seats) vehicle 2. Sedan / saloon type vehicle 3. SUV / 4-wheel drive vehicle BIDS EVALUATION A- Essential: 1. Company Registration in Syria. 2. Submitting PTT bank account proof (either under the company name or under the name of the representative). 3. Submitting all of the tender docs. B- Award Criteria: 1- 35% for past experience (contract/s value in EUR, 0% less than 10,000, 15% 10,000 – 20,000, 35% more than 20,000). To verify this, Contracts, Purchase orders, Service completion note, signed by both parties and indicating the amount is a must. 2- 65% price scoring.
