The aim of this tender is contract with a professional service provider to deliver transportation services to Malteser International (MI) within Syria with driving services (driver). The contract shall be as a framework contract for a duration of 18 months. Framework contract means that MI will request vehicles according to their needs.

2. Sedan / saloon type vehicle

BIDS EVALUATION

1. Essential:
2. Company Registration in Syria.
3. Submitting PTT bank account proof (either under the company name or under the name of the representative).
4. Submitting all of the tender docs.
5. Award Criteria:

   1. 35% for past experience (contract/s value in EUR, 0% less than 10,000, 15% 10,000 – 20,000, 35% more than 20,000).

      To verify this, Contracts, Purchase orders, Service completion note, signed by both parties and indicating the amount is a must.

   2. 65% price scoring.
