تعلن منظمة أطباء بلا حدود عن رغبتها باستدراج عروض أسعار لتزويدها بالمواد المزودة في الرابط

يرجى من السادة الموردين الراغبين بالمشاركة الالتزام بما يلي:

1. تعبئة الملف المرسل من قبلنا لاعتماد وإضافة المورد.
2. إرسال عرض السعر أصولاً مرفقاً بالملف المذكور أعلاه.
3. إرفاق صورة عن السجل التجاري لعام 2026 ساري المفعول.
4. يرجى التسعير حسب الوحدة المذكورة
5. الاسعار تشمل التوصيل داخل دمشق 

ملاحظة هامة: أي نقص في الوثائق المطلوبة أعلاه سيؤدي إلى استبعاد العرض.

Request for Quotation (RFQ) to sign a framework agreement 

 Médecins Sans Frontières is inviting suppliers to submit quotations for the supply HYGIENE goods 

Interested suppliers are kindly requested to comply with the following requirements:

1. Complete the supplier registration form provided by us for supplier addition and approval.

2. Submit the official quotation along with the completed form.

3. prices include delivery 

4. Attach a valid Commercial Registration Certificate for the year 2026.

5. Pricing is based on the mentioned UOM

Important Notice: Any missing documents will result in disqualification of the submitted quotation.
