Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is an international, independent, medical, humanitarian organization, providing medical assistance to those affected by conflicts, epidemics disasters, or exclusion from healthcare. Guided by the principles of neutrality, impartiality, and independence, MSF delivers medical and humanitarian support in more than 70 countries worldwide. 

MSF intends to launch a tender for the provision of local transportation services from/to various designated warehouses and other specified delivery locations within Syria.  

The scope of services to include: 

.Transportation of cargo (medical and non-medical) between MSF warehouses, offices, health facilities, and other designated delivery locations within Syria. 

.Collection, handling, and delivery of shipments in accordance with MSF instructions and agreed timelines. 

.Providing suitable vehicles for different cargo types and volumes as required. 

.Ensuring all vehicles are roadworthy condition and in compliance with all applicable Syrian transport regulations 

.Providing proof of delivery documentation for all completed transport movements. 

.Availability of transportation services on short notice, including emergency and priority movements when required. 

.Timely communication and coordination with MSF focal points regarding transport status, delays, incidents, and delivery completion.

This Expression of Interest (EOI) does not constitute a Request for Quotation (RFQ), or a commitment by MSF to initiate a procurement process or award a contract. Should an RFQ be issued, MSF reserves the right to shortlist service providers based on the eligibility and evaluation criteria that will be communicated in the RFQ documentation.
